Ode to Herbs

I’ve been interested in herbs for a while now. I’ve bought quite a bit and have made teas, salves, oils, and tinctures. I’ve never been very confident with herbs though. I think I need a herb mentor. I just have a hard time figuring this stuff out on my own. Of all the stuff I’ve made, I’ve mainly just used the teas. I’ve never used them consistently enough to see results, for medicinal purposes. I just mainly drink them because they taste good, are easy to make, and I know they’re good for me. Well, I finally got daring enough to use some herbs and I got to see some results, on Delight’s bottom!
Delight had a bad diaper rash (the worst she’s ever had, very red and bumpy) that wouldn’t go away. It had been more than a week with this persistent rash. I had tried three different commercial diaper rash creams with no luck, it only seemed to be getting worse. My brother had used Vaseline for his baby with good results, so I even tried that, but it still didn’t improve. Then I remembered my plantain salve.
I had made a salve using plantain last year. Plantain is a yard weed, very common. The salve is supposed to be for cuts, burns, stings, ect. I thought, what the heck, nothing else is helping, maybe it’ll work on diaper rashes too. I started to use it one afternoon after each diaper change and by the next morning her rash was completely gone! Lets just say it’s made me a believer in the power of herbs! It was so simple to make, I’ll include a recipe. All you need is a jar of Vaseline, a yard (you’ll have to wait till spring to get plantain though), and an aloe-vera plant.
I love being able to use the resources God has given us to heal our bodies. I'm not against medicine, I would just always prefer to try something natural first.

Simple Green Plantain Salve
by a smart reader
May 2006
12 oz. jar of Vaseline
2 handfuls of Plantain leaves
1 large or 2 smaller aloe leaves, sliced and crushed
Heat Vaseline on low, only enough to liquefy. Carefully drop the Plantain leaves into the liquid—it will quickly produce a mass of thick foam. Add the aloe. Let simmer until foaming has stopped. Pour through strainer into Vaseline jar (if the liquid is too hot, wait a bit so as not to melt the plastic jar, but don't wait too long or it won't pass through the strainer). Let cool. Mark container and store on shelf. It is easy to make and works on bug bites, stings, cuts, sores, pimples, burns, and more.

here's some plantain. i'm sure you've seen this in your yard before.

Way to go Sam!

We just found out this morning that Sam passed his professional engineer exam! He took the test back in October. We're so excited! And I'm so proud of him! It's a pretty big deal and it weighed on him pretty heavy, so I'm very glad he doesn't have to worry about taking it again.

Our Story: How it all began

(here's a picture of us at Sam's going away party)

I've decided to do something a little different on my blog. I know a lot of people, but I don't really know them. I don't know there story and how they got to the point they're at today. I always enjoy hearing people’s story’s, so I thought I would write ours out. I’ve wanted to get some of this stuff wrote down anyhow, so I thought I would share it with you all. I hope you enjoy learning about our life and all that has taken place to get us here. There have been a few twists and turns, but God had been with us every step of the way. In some of the circumstances, it was only later did we realize He was perfectly orchestrating the details of our lives to get us to the point we are at today. He loves us more than we can imagine.

How it all began…

I’ve known Sam since I can remember. I was probably 5 or 6 when we met his family. We’ve been friends with his family for many years. He started coming to our church when he was in high school. Sam is 5 years older than me, so he was friends with my older brother. Another connection we had is that my best friend growing up, Stacy, is his cousin. And her older brother and Sam are best friends. I can remember many times when I was younger seeing him at my friend’s house. I can remember one particular time at my friend’s house stomping Sam’s foot with a roller skate. He had it coming though J With the age gap; he was more like an older brother to me.
We grew older and the age gap didn’t seem so big. I’m not sure what happened that made me begin to look at Sam in a different light. I can just remember that right before he graduated college in December 2002, I began to think the world of him. I never told anyone of my feelings for Sam; I never thought he would be interested in Nikki Whited. When he graduated, he spent time living at his dad’s house while looking for a job. He was around a lot more and I really enjoyed talking to him. That winter he had been sledding with Stacy and he said something about his dad saying something to the effect that he would like to see Sam and I get together. Then he asked her what she thought about it. When I found this out, I was thrilled. Could he possibly be interested in me? He was just so great, I couldn’t believe it. I was 18 at the time and I had never had a boyfriend and never been kissed. I was so glad I saved myself for Sam. I was still living at home and worked at a vet clinic and loved my job.
Time went on and nothing happened. I was attending a young adult group at a church in Kokomo with my brother and I invited him to come along and he did! Every week we would go to the meeting, get a frosty after and go to the leader’s house to hang out with others from the group. This went on for quite a while and our friendship grew and grew.
I knew even then that we would be married someday. I knew he was the one God had for me and I didn’t mind telling people about it. I can remember telling my mom and even some of my co-workers that I knew we were going to get married.
In March we went to a True Love Waits concert together. He bought me CD and we went out for pizza after. Even though we weren’t dating, he was always a gentleman and paid for everything. I thought after that, it would be no time before he told me his feelings and we would officially become a couple. Well, I guess he wasn’t as certain as me. Time went on. I took every opportunity to be with him. I even had it arranged to walk back down the isle with him at my brother’s wedding in March. We had a couple people tell us we made a good looking couple. I thought so too and was hoping that Sam was getting the hint J We continued to hang out and grow closer. We had a lot of meaningful conversations on our rides to and from Bible study. He was having a hard time finding a job and considering joining the air force. He would ask me what I thought of it. I wasn’t in favor of it, I certainly didn’t want him moving away, but I tried to remain objective. He finally decided that he would join. The day drew near that he would have to leave for officer’s training and still nothing was happening (this was in May). I was dying for us to talk about our relationship, but I didn’t want to bring it up, he’s the guy. One night, only three days before he would leave for OTS (officer training school), he invited me to go to dinner at his mom’s house. Shortly before we left, his mom asked if we were an official couple yet. We just looked at each other and couldn’t answer. The subject was quickly changed.
As we drove home, I knew that this was our opportunity to talk. I couldn’t let him leave without telling him how I felt. I told him that I thought we needed an answer to his mom’s question. We talked for a couple minutes and he said that he did want to have a relationship. I was on cloud nine! He took me home and when I walked him back to his car, we had our first kiss. My first kiss ever! Life was good, but it was bittersweet, knowing that he would be leaving so soon. The next three days went by quickly. We went to a movie the next night with my brother and his wife. Neither one of us could probably tell you a thing about the movie. We weren’t making out or anything. Just sitting there holing each other’s hand was captivating enough. We had a going away party the next day with lots of friends and family. He left the next morning, a Sunday. It was very hard. Even though we had only begun our dating relationship, we had grown so close in the last few months and loved each other. We both cried and I was such a mess that I couldn’t even go to church after. I knew then that I would never experience a normal dating relationship, but that we would make a long distance one work.
And so began our dating journey.
(more to come)
(don't worry, I'll still post cute baby pictures too :)

Baby Blue

I had lousy week last week. I had crowns done on two of my teeth the week before and they were bothering me a bit. Then last week they really started bothering me and I had a terrible tooth ache. I had to take the pain meds from my c-section just to cope, then those meds started making me sick. Sam ended up taking two days off of work to take care of Delight for me. He was great and helped me out so much. He even did a job that he's not comfortable with, giving Delight a bath. I appreciate him so much. After several trips to the dentist, I finally had them do a root canal on one of the teeth and things are much better now. Praise God! My mouth is still bothering me a bit, but it's nothing like it was.
Sam took the picture of Delight below. I was feeling crappy and laying on the couch and I leaned her up against my arm. Her eyes look so beautiful in this picture. She is such a joy. I was giving her a bath tonight and she's laying there grinning up at me while she chews on her hand and I couldn't help but saying out loud, being a mom is wonderful. I don't think that all the time, but all the times she smiles and giggles at me make up for all the hard times.

How could you not love a face like that?

Baby Shower

My best friend Stacy was in from Arizona and we had a shower for her yesterday. It was a lot of fun and it is so good to see her. She will be having a little boy in February (her first). I can't wait to meet him. Me and Delight are hoping to make a trip out there to see them this spring.

Here it is

So here's what I was going to write on the post below.
Today is Delight’s 4 month Birthday! It’s hard to believe she’s so big already. Sam and I are still amazed by her everyday. Sam’s always saying “she’s so cool”, and I have to agree. She seems to learn something new every day. It’s like you can see her brain growing. She’s getting better everyday at reaching out and grabbing stuff. She’ll look at the toy, then look at her hands and start moving them around in the general direction of the object she wants. Today though she reached right out and grab the toy, no problem. Of course everything goes straight for her mouth and she covers it in slobber.
I feel so completely blessed to have her and so glad that God trusts be to take care of his daughter for a little while.
Well, when I wrote that it was the 1st, just took me a few days to put it online. I just haven’t had time to blog lately.
Delight has started solid foods. She loves it! She’s had rice cereal, bananas, pears and sweet potato. She likes the cereal with a little fruit in it and I don’t blame her. I’m going to try and put a video of her eating on here. She’s so cute, she opens right up.
We had a good Thanksgiving. Busy, but fun. We went to Sam’s family first. There’s always so many people we have to meet in a gym. They have a card game going at every table. I love that. They’re a game playing family and I think it makes them close. We went to my family’s later where we look through ads and made our shopping plans. Sam and I spent the night at my parent’s and Delight slept their while we went shopping in the wee hours of morning. It was crazy, but we did good and got almost everything we wanted. My favorite was a DVD/VCR player that can record tapes onto DVD. It’ll be nice to got our home movies onto discs. We made good time and D had only been up 30 min. by the time we got back.
I have great news! Sam and I have made it into the 20th century! (we’re still working on the 21st ;) We now have a garage door opener! I’m so excited about it. It’s nice to park my car in the garage, but not that much fun opening and closing the door by hand everytime. This is so nice so have a button in my car that does the work for me. It probably doesn’t sound very exciting to you, but it’s the highlight of my week!
Seems like everyone is having babies these days. I was thinking the other day about how many other babies Delight will grow up around and hopefully get to be friends with. Last year two friends from Bible study had girls and my brother had his first baby in November, a girl also. Then this year Sam’s cousin had twin girls in March, another friend from Bible study had a girl in April, and another cousin of Sam’s had a boy in September. Just last month my cousin had a boy on the 15th, a friend of mine had a girl on the 20th, and then another friend from bible study had a girl the 25th. Whew! That’s a lot of babies and a lot of girls! I don’t think D will have any trouble making friends! In February, one of Sam’s cousins, one of my cousins (having a girl), and my best friend (having a boy) are all due. Out of 12 babies mentioned, 10 of them were (or will be) their first born. It’s nice to be among other new mommies :)

Oh Christmas tree

I typed a lot at home to put on here, saved it to my card, and now it won't copy onto the blog. You'll get the text that goes with this post tomorrow :)

Here's a picture of Sam's buck. It put a lot of meat in our freezer!

Here's one of Delight's future friends. This is my friend Wendie's baby girl, Gracelyn, born 11/20. Look at all that hair!

Another Delight friend. This is my friend Alex's baby girl Kendra, born 11/25

Here's daddy and Delight with our tree. It looks pretty good for a fake one!

Are we done with all the pictures yet?

Ok, so i don't know what I'm doing, so you'll just have to watch the video sideways. She's really sitting up. I wanted to get a video of her "talking". You get to hear me doing some baby talk too:)

Christmas

I just wanted to apologize to my mom about the last pictures I posted. I didn't realize the first picture was blurry and I'm sorry I didn't remove the red eye on the others. I'm sure I've shamed you ;)

I got this Christmas getting to know you in an e-mail, so i thought if I was going to take the time to fill it out, I would make all of you read it too:)

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? It’s pretty much the only occasion that I use wrapping paper, the rest of the time it’s bags.
2. Real tree or Artificial? Since Sam and I have been married we’ve always had a real tree. Now that they’re $50 a pop (yikes!) , we decided to invest in a real one this year.
3. When do you put up the tree? The day after Thanksgiving (usually)
4. When do you take the tree down? Last year I threw the tree in the yard the day after Christmas. I was a bit of a Grinch, due to morning sickness. Normally within a couple of days after Christmas.
5. Do you like eggnog? Yes, but only homemade.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? I can remember my grandparents getting all of us cousins a Stretch Armstrong one year. We had a lot of fun running around playing with them and seeing how far we could possibly stretch them.
7. Hardest person to buy for? Sam
8.. Easiest person to buy for? Delight
9. Do you have a nativity scene? No
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? mail11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? My Grandma Pat would often get me clothes. That wasn’t very exciting for a kid. Especially a tomboy.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? It’s a Wonderful Life
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Depends. This year I started in October.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Sadly yes
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Cinnamon rolls 16. Lights on the tree? Yes
17. Favorite Christmas song? O Holy Night
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Home
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? No
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? morning
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? How crowded the stores are
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I like country or rustic looking ones.
24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? We never have anything fancy, but I like it when we get a shrimp ring.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? A 2 hour nap. No, just kidding. I really have no idea.
26. Who is most likely to respond to this? ?????

Mighty Hunter

Sam got a deer this weekend, yay!! It's a really nice 9 point buck. He has a big body, so we should get lots of meat. It'll be nice to stock up the freezer. Beef is so expensive, I love using the venison burger and roast. Sam and my dad are going to butcher him tonight. They went in on a meat saw (I don't know if that's what you call it), to cut a cow up this winter.
That's another story. My dad had two cows. We were going in on one of them, so we could have half a beef and Sam and my dad we going to butcher them both this winter. The cows got out during the night a couple weeks ago. My parents live on a highway. After a call to the state police the next day, they found out that one of them had been hit on the highway. These are big cows too. Later they found out it was a semi and he was able to drive off. Praise God! That probably would have killed someone in a car. The other cow wouldn't leave the dead cow's body (poor thing), so they put him in the neighbors barn. So we're not going to have as much meat, but praise God that no one was hurt.
Anyhoo...I tried and tried to put a picture of Sam's deer on here with no luck. I'll get one on soon at my mom's.
I did a cruel thing yesterday. I shaved my Lab Summer. She has been shedding worse than I can ever recall. As much as I love her, things have certainly changed since becoming a mom. Everything we own was covered in hair, despite my efforts to keep it clean. Sam didn't want me to shave her, being winter and all, so I told him it was either that, or she was becoming an outside dog. He opted for me to shave her. I did a quick job of it because I was cold and she looks awful! I should post a picture of the poor pup on here too.
Delight has gotten so vocal in the last several days. She's so loud! I wouldn't call it cooing anymore. It's more like yelling! I want to get a video of her on here. We'll see if I can pull it off.
I'll post pictures soon.

Laughing

I posted the pictures below at my mom's, but didn't have time to write anything. The first picture was taken at her cousin Zoie's birthday party. It's hard to believe she's 1 already! The rest were some bath time pictures. She LOVES her bath. Drying off, putting on lotion, and getting dressed, not so much.
It's been a while since I've posted. Nothing too exciting has been going on. We went to the mall the other day to look at the Christmas trees, but she was sound asleep in her stroller the whole time. We went out to eat afterwards. This was the first time we had attempted this since she was 2 weeks old. She did great! The place was packed and she was busy looking at everything going on around us.
Yesterday Sam and I went to a marriage conference by Les and Leslie Parrott. Well, it was just Les because Leslie was home sick. Anyways, it was great! I was pretty nervous to leave Delight all day. I knew she would be fine at my mom's, but I had never been away from her for near that long (7am-4pm). It was so nice to be with Sam and feel like a wife again, instead of just a mommy all the time.
Last night I was changing Delight's diaper and I did something to make her smile. I looked at her again and said "mommy's funny!" (saying funny loud and fast). She gave the biggest laugh! I of course kept doing it and she kept laughing, probably a dozen times! It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. Sam wasn't there at the time and she certainly wasn't going to do it again when he got home. I can't wait for him to see her do it. It'll be neat when she's laughing all the time.
That's all I got for now.

Thursday, November 6, 2008

Here's a picture from earlier today. We were enjoy the last bit of this wonderful warm front we've been enjoying for the past week. It's supposed to get cold tomorrow. Delight and I are getting over a cold we've had. I was starting to feel better before she got sick, so that made things a little better. It was so hard to see her feeling bad and not being able to do much about it. We've feeling better now though.

Enjoying some chewing time.

I love sleeping pictures :)

We went to the park with Mamaw, Hope and Sonel. My Mom can always find a photo opportunity.
I thought we got some nice fall pictures.

Toys

Here's a website for cool toys if any of you moms out there are interested. We decided to just get a few toys for Delight this year for Christmas.
I wanted them to be unique and quality toys. The site is oompa.com They have a lot of wood toys, which I think is cool. I got Delight a Rainbow Baby and Moby fish (if you look them up) and also a cute stuffed bunny. They cost a little bit more, but seem like they'll last a while.
Just wanted to share.
Also, Delight had a nurse appointment this morning for a vaccine. She weighed 15#6oz. That was with her clothes on, so we figured she's probably right at 15#. That's up 2# from the 2nd of this month. She's a growing girl :)

Tuesday, October 28, 2008

Thank you ladies so much for all your input on the last post. Hopefully she will slow down a bit once she's mobile, so she can wear her garage sale clothes. Becca, I like your idea on wearing dresses for shirts. It's the style now days, right? :) It's nice to hear from other mommies (or soon to be mommies), about you experiences.
(Cyndi- Wendie told me she gave you the blog address. I'm sure you were happy with you peeped-upon picture :) Hopefully we'll run into you when we're up to see Wendie and her little girl sometime next month.)
Sam started our wood burning stove this past weekend. It's so nice and cozy. Sam had yesterday off and went hunting in the morning. When he got back Delight had been crying inconsolably for about 45min at that point. I think it was a combination of gas and being overtired. He got the fire going and sat down with her in front of it and she quieted right down and watched the fire for about 15 min. It was cute.

She's getting to be so big. She doesn't like to lay her head back on you anymore.

See how red and puffy her poor little eyes are from all the crying?

Size?

Hey, I have a question for you mommies out there. Do the sizes on baby clothes really mean anything? I know Delight is a chubby little thing, but I have to assume that the age listed on clothes runs a little small. She's not quite 3 months yet and she's already out grown all her 3 month clothes and most of her 3-6 month clothes. Her onsies are 6-9mo and fit her just right, her socks are 6-18 mo and fit perfect, and she even wears 6-12 and 12 month pants! So is that typical and if your baby did that do they slow down and start wearing their age eventually? I'm really hoping so because I've got so much cute 12 month summer clothes for her that I really want her to wear!

Survey says.....

Well a lot of good that did . I took the poll off today and it's a fact, Delight is half Sam and half me :) We were tied. Half thought she looks like me and half like Sam. That's about what we hear too. Most of my family says she looks like Sam and most of his family says she looks like me. She changes all the time. All I know is that she's beautiful!

3 Month pictures

Delight had her 3 month pictures taken yesterday by mamaw the photographer. She'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. My how time flies. She's getting to be a little butter ball more and more every day. She went on a nap strike yesterday and the day before (wouldn't sleep more than 20 min at a time all day), but praise the Lord she napped a couple times today! She's sleeping great at night. At least 5 hours at a time and last night 9 hours straight! (probably from the lack of sleep during the day).
Sam has a big test tomorrow. It's for his professional engineer license. He's spending the night in Indy cause he has to be there early. I'm praying that he'll pass for his sake mainly, I know it weighs on his mind a lot, but it's a pretty tough test I've heard.
Enjoy the cute pictures.

Hunter Delight

Mom was freaking out that I put this picture on here because the background isn't perfect. So if you write her, give her a hard time about it.

Stop spying on me Amber ;)

Feeling like fall

I'm so excited to finally be getting some fall weather! The 80's were getting old. It's my favorite season. I think it's a lot of people's favorite season. I took Delight for a couple walks outside today. It always calms her down. She's had some tummy trouble lately and has been very fussy in the afternoon and evening. Despite that, she's been sleeping great at night. Last night she slept for 6 hours, nursed at 3am, then slept 6 more hours! I couldn't believe it! I felt so good and energized today. Now to just get her to take some good naps during the day. I think she's going through a growth spurt right now. She wants to eat about every 2 hours instead of her normal 3 hours.

This picture was taken Monday. Sam had the day off for Columbus Day. He probably thinks I'm making stuff up when I say she's been fussy during the day because she was as good as gold all day. She was starting to get sleepy and I sat her on the recliner. She fussed a little and the next thing I know Sam comes and tells me she fell asleep. She slept for 2 1/2 hours sitting up in the chair! She has never done that. I cleaned the house, vacuumed and everything and she slept right through it. It was great.

Check out these eggs. We have 2 bantam chickens and 3 laying hens. We started off with 16 chickens and are now down to 5. There's a fox or something killing them during the day. They're free range during the day, we need to get a fence up. Any way, I couldn't believe the size difference in these eggs. the brown one is a little bigger than normal and the banty egg is a little smaller.

Sam and I went to see the movie Fire Proof, Friday night. It was excellent. Just thought I'd put my movie recommendation out there for anyone who was thinking about seeing it.

Jackpot!

Sam and I passed a house just down the road from us Friday that was going to have a rummage sale today from 8-3. We decided we would go. I'm a die hard rummager (I know, it's not a word). I like to get there when the sales start (or before), so I can get the good deals. We had a lazy Saturday morning and didn't make it out of the house until 10am, so I wasn't expecting much when we got there. The lady was very happy to see someone with a baby. She had two tables stacked with baby girl clothes. Clean nice clothes. A majority of them being from Old Navy. I'm not into brand names and I've never even bought baby clothes from Old Navy (except from rummage sales), but I happen to think they're pretty dern cute clothes. I am so excited about the deal I got that I'm about to share a bunch of information that I'm sure you could care less about. You can't fool me. I know you only look at this blog to see the cute baby pictures :) We were there for an hour. Luckily Sam knew the people and has no problem making conversation. About 80% of what I bought was from Old Navy and all in perfect condition. They range from 6-24 months (mostly 12 or 18 mo)

Here it is;
16 Shirts
9 pairs of PJ's
7 pairs of shorts
7 nice pairs of pants (kahki, brown, ect.)
6 pairs of jeans
5 Sweaters
3 pairs of stretch pants
3 skirts
2 pair of tights
2 jackets
1 windbreaker outfit
1 wind breaker pair of pants
1 dress
1 really cute knit coat
1 pair of socks
1 pair of sandles
1 pair of cowboy boots

How much do you think I paid for all that?

How much??

$16.00 !!!

I'm just excited about my great deal and wanted to share it.
Don't worry, next time I'll post cute pictures instead.

Big Baby

Delight had her 2 month check up Thursday. The little porker weighs 13#. She’s in the 95th percentile for her weight and the 90th percentile for her height. The doctor was surprised since she was in the 25th percentile for her weight at 2 weeks, to have such a big jump since then. She got her first shot also. We’re doing things a little different for her vaccines. There’s a couple we’re skipping and we’re just doing one shot at a time. Our doctor was very understanding and helped us out with the decision. Delight was pretty upset with the shot, but she did ok. She woke up later after a long nap screaming. I would finally get her calm and then she would move her leg a little and start screaming again, just like when she got her shot. It was terrible. I just couldn’t stand seeing her in pain like that. They didn’t say anything about giving her Tylenol at the appointment, but I knew I had to do something. I got a hold of the doctors office and they said it was ok to give her the Tylenol, so we drugged her up and stuck her in my Moby Wrap and she slept the rest of the evening.
Ok, time for a little product promotion. I’m a fan of baby wearing (and having free hands!) and I love my Hotslings, but Delight is at a stage where she doesn’t like it so well. She doesn’t want to lay down in the sling anymore, but she’s not quite ready to sit up in it. I decided to look into a wrap and found one called a Moby Wrap. I’ve had it a week and I’m not sure how I lived without it before. It’s very simple. It’s basically just a 6 yard piece of material that’s surged and tapered on the ends. There’s a special way you wrap it around you and several different holds you can do. The picture below is my favorite hold and puts Delight to sleep wonderfully. She can face out, or towards me with the way I wrapped it. There’s also a cradle hold, hip hold, and back hold. I was going to just make one, but I found a place online where I could get it cheaper than buying the material (jersey knit cotton) and making it myself. Delight’s been pretty fussy in the evenings lately and this is the only sure fire way to get her to sleep sometimes, even the car ride doesn’t always work. I just pop her in and we take a walk and within a matter of minutes she’s asleep. I think if I could only have one baby product (besides the basics) this would be it. If you’re interested in checking them out, there website is www.mobywrap.com
I believe the place I got mine from is www.theslingstore.com , but I'll have to look when I get home to know for sure. They’re returns, or store models, so that’s how I got such a good deal.
